Fanfic mixing 'King Kong' (2005 film) and 'Planet of the Apes' (2001 film)

Planet of the Apes 2008

In the middle of final battle scene in 'Planet of the Apes (2001 film)', the ship of 'King Kong' party appears instead of the pod piloted by Pericles. The crews of Oberon tried to escape from their difficult situation by warping. This caused to the distortion of time and space, and then, the 'King Kong' party, which is being on the way to NY (2005 film), is drawn into the site of planet.

When the 'King Kong' party lands, the apes interpret that King Kong's landing is the arrival of their God Semos. They bow, and hostilities between humans and apes immediately cease at least the moment. However, General Thade chases Leo into the holy temple of apes that was the former space station, and traps in a portion of the ship.


Although Leo defeated General Thade, he has no way to leave the planet. Then, he begins to live with Daena in the human society. The 'King Kong' party begins to live in the Oberon. King Kong has been attached to Ann, so that they can live together peacefully. Additionally, the apes pay a lot of tribute to King Kong as their God, so that they have a decent life.
Although Ann is satisfied the life because she dose not need to work and is with Jack, the other members are not.

Leo has been set up as the chairman of humans without his clear awareness, although he just wanted to find his space station and get back to his daily life. Now, he is wearying of his position and the life that is far from the civilization society in which he had lived. Then he often visits the 'King Kong' party who are at least more civilized than the humans of planet.

Carl hears from Leo that the first film of 'King Kong' was made in 1933, there are a lot of versions and are still popular in Leo's year 2029. Carl is assured that they can go back to their world because the director of first film must be he. However, Leo says that the directors of movie are Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack, not Carl.
'Merian and Ernest? It's plagiarism from my idea!' Carl shouts out.
According to Carl's explanation, he had not only the map but also some information about the living creatures on the Skull Island. He told his idea to his friends Merian and Ernest.
'Because they are so-so famous filmmakers, so I thought if I could get their supports for my idea, it would helps me to get the sponsor of my movie. But they didn't, even showed scornful attitudes. Then I had to struggle alone,' Carl says viciously.
'If it is true, why they can know that King Kong became attached to Ann?' Leo asks.
'Why do you ask the question for me? We are here! Who can imagine this fact? Such a small strange coincidence could occur. They are filmmakers though not great, and may have a little imagination,' Carl spits out.
Leo concluded that Oberon also created the distortion time and space around the Skull Island in the 'King Kong' party's year. After that, Carl is just grieving over if the 'King Kong' party could go back to NY, he would get the fame instead of Merian and Ernest.
Jack also has a lingering attachment for his writing.

On the other hand, in the ape society Attar becomes the leader of apes. Although apes have acknowledged King Kong as their God and once finished the battle against humans when King Kong appeared, human is still an inferior animal for them. Apes make a complaint that the humans of 'King Kong' party are living in their holy temple. It is the blasphemy against the holy site. They claim that their military forces should oust the humans from the site. However, Attar is thinking that it is inexpedient to battle against humans who are led by Leo. Attar realized Leo's power in the previous battle, and does not know that Leo used up the energy of Oberon.

The complaint of apes is getting intense day by day and the suspicion of Attar's talent as their leader becomes rose.

When Ari visits the holy site, she meets Leo who is just calling in. She finds her courage to speak the current situation among ape society and asks the 'King Kong' party to leave the site.
'Why can you claim the right for station?' Leo springs into a fury.
'This is my station, originally...If you force us to do it, I’ll crush it by a battle!'
'You used up the energy of station, didn't you? How do you intend to battle against apes?' Jack asks calmly.
'We have King Kong. He is attached to Ann. So, if we use Ann as a decoy, he'll be our strongest weapon!'
'I think there is no solution... I mean...We have no way to go back to our world. We have to realize it...We have to live on this planet with the apes forever,' the voice of Jack sounds mournfully.

They take a vacant glance at Ann and King Kong who are relaxing at the outside of station. After a long silence, Jack looks back at Leo and Ari, and suggests if they can encourage to set up the 'King Kong' party to be the apostles of God. Jack begins to explain his idea enthusiastically. Leo negotiates with Attar about their policies, Jack makes the scenario, Carl directs Ann's performance and Ann performs as the translator of messages of King Kong as God. Jack also writes down the events as their bible.

Ari protests to the idea. It would blaspheme against the Holy God Semos.
'We also have our Holy God...But we are here. This is a fact. Don't you think that this is also His intention?' Jack persuades her.
'You should consider everything in detail, and should persuade Attar, because we can do it at least partly without your partnership, because we have King Kong, because he is only attached to Ann, not you, as you can see.'

After a long hesitation, Ari decides to inform Attar about Jack's plan, and does it. There is a long silence between Ari and Attar, but finally Attar sighs,
'Fortunately, I was taught by General Thade that God is one of means to govern the will of public... It may be the best solution that we can select.'

Leo is getting to admire Attar's profound thinking as the leader of apes through the repeated meetings with him, and then, Leo feels that something like responsibility for his position as the leader of humans starts to grow up in his mind.
When Leo is relaxing in his home with Daena, Pericles unexpectedly pops into his mind. Leo vaguely thinks where and what period of this planet Pericles landed on. Leo looks up the sky and prays Pericles' safely landing. Daena is looking at Leo, and asks,
'What are you thinking?'
Leo looks back at Daena and answers with satisfied smile,
'Nothing special.'

The sun is rising over this Mexican landscape. A small derrick adorns the hill. Near it are tents and a small makeshift house. No one has yet woken. A horse arrives at the makeshift house.

CUT TO:

INT. H.W. AND MARY’S MEXICAN HOUSE FRONT DOOR – DAWN

The rider knocks on the door. There is no response he slips the telegram under the door.

CUT TO:

INT. H.W. AND MARY’S BEDROOM DOOR-DAWN

Inside H.W. is stirred by the knock at the door and he slowly awakens Mary continues to sleep soundly beside him. He gets up and walks to the front door. He picks up the Telegram off the dusty floor. It reads: “Telegram: To H.W. And Mary Plainview.” As H.W. begins to read it the voice of his father’s right hand man, Fletcher Hamilton, is heard.

FLETCHER (V.O.)

Mary appears at the curtained doorway. She doesn’t need to ask him, she knows H.W. Your father has been arrested and charged with the murder of your wife Mary’s brother Eli. I know you and Mary have only just arrived in Mexico, but please, your father needs you, return to Little Boston. Yours, Fletcher.

something is wrong. H.W. reaches for a chair. She knows he wants to be alone.

CUT TO:

EXT.** ROAD LEADING TO MEXICAN DRILLING RIG - DUSK

H.W. is away walking from his house down the long dusty, narrowing road deep in thought. Mary is in the house, she opens the front door as if to follow her husband but then realises that he needs to be alone. In his mind H.W. runs through the last conversation he had with his father.

(GEORGE(V.O.)-George is H.W.’s sign language translator and voice. The young man H.W. has been deaf since he was about 10 years old. )

H.W./GEORGE (V.O.)

This is very hard for me to say, but I will tell you first that I love you very much. I have learnt to love what I do because of you. I am leaving here. I’m going to Mexico. I miss working outside. I miss the fields.

DANIEL (V.O.)

This makes you my competitor.

H.W./GEORGE (V.O.)

No, no it’s not like that.

DANIEL (V.O.)

It IS like that, boy.

DANIEL (V.O.)

You’re killing us with what you’re doing.

DANIEL (V.O.)

You’re not my son. It’s the truth - you’ve never been. You’re an orphan... someone else’s... and I took you for no other reason than I needed a sweet face to buy land. You’re lower than a bastard.”

FADE TO BLACK

INT. H.W. AND MARY’S MEXICAN HOUSE FRONT DOOR - DAY

Mary is home alone doing various chores, the drilling rig beyond the house going full throttle. A messenger arrives at her door, he has a telegram. It reads: Telegram to Mrs. H.W. Plainview. opens it and as she begins to read it the voice of her father, Abel Sunday, is heard.

ABEL (V.O.)

My beloved Mary, You will have heard by now the dreadful news about your brother Eli. Your mother and I understand the anguish you must be feeling. How torn you must be feeling. Being married to the son of a murderous backslider. If you leave him and come home to us, there will always be a bed for you our beloved youngest daughter. May Christ be with you. Your father, Abel Sunday.

CUT TO:

EXT. BY THE OIL RIG IN LITTLE BOSTON - LATE AFTERNOON

FLASHBACK

LITTLE BOSTON, 1908

This is flashback to the “spudding in” ceremony at Daniel Plainview’s Little Boston well some twelve years earlier. All the town have gathered. An 11year old H.W. walks proudly near his father. Mary stands beside them. Daniel steps up to make a speech.

DANIEL

It’s such a pleasurable evening to be here and begin this. One man doesn’t prospect from the ground - it takes a community of people. And this is the best way - we stay together, we pray together. Now before we spud in, “Mary’s Well Number One,” named for the lovely Ms. Mary Sunday who is with us today -

Mary smiles.

DANIEL

I’d like to say”

“God Bless Us All.”

Daniel looks to H.W.

Now go ahead son.

H.W. Runs up the stairs to the platform and pulls a lever to churn the wheels for the “spudding in”. The well has begun.

CUT TO:

EXT. The Party “Spudding In” celebrations thrown by Daniel - LATE AFTERNOON

FLASHBACK CONTINUED.

This is later that night. A small celebration and dinner has happened. The work community, eating and drinking with various Little Boston residents. Little H.W. is running around with Mary. Daniel has had a little too much to drink.

Mary comes over and Daniel speaks to her, right in front of her father Abel.

DANIEL

I like your new dress Mary.

YOUNG MARY

Thank you.

DANIEL

You’re welcome. I knew you would like it. Are you happy that I came here?

YOUNG MARY

Yes.

DANIEL

Daddy doesn’t hit you anymore does he? Does he now? He better not, right? I’ll take care of you.

He leans in and holds her shoulder kindly.

DANIEL

No more hitting right? No more hitting. No go. Go play some more with H.W.

She runs off. Daniel holds a look on Abel, who looks away. Daniel gets up, walks off....

CUT TO:

EXT.H.W. AND MARY’S MEXICAN HOUSE LIVING/KITCHEN AREA - DAY

Return to the present day. Mary, still holding the telegram from her father, screws it up and throws it into the stove-top fire. She watches it burn.

CUT TO:INT.MEXICAN WATERING HOLE - NIGHT TIME

H.W Is sprawled across the table top in a seedy-looking, smoky bar. The table is littered with empty bottles. Mary enters, sees him across the far side of the room. She walks past a loud, intoxicated group of men. they all become quiet and respectful. She gently wakes H.W. and slowly leads him out towards the door of the Bar.

FADE to BLACK

EXT. TRAIN STATION - DAWN

Establishing shot of the train station, showing that the train is bound for the USA.

CUT TO:

INT. CARRIAGE OF A TRAIN - DAY

Sounds of a moving train, a clickety-clack of wheels it begins to make speed. H.W. sits by the window looking out at the landscape. Mary, very pregnant her eyes closed, rests peacefully against him. A conductor walks through the carriage.

CONDUCTOR

Next stop everybody is Little Boston.

Little Boston, the next stop.

Mary opens her eyes, sits up. H.W. Looks at her and smiles.

H.W.

We’re nearly there. No point prolonging

the agony.

MARY

He will want to see you H.W.

H.W.

He’ll want to see us. Us three.

The chugging sound of the train is heard as the closing credits are scrolled.

How to resolve H.W.'s conflict(Refer: My Fanfic draft Script posted: 28th April)

Scenario 1:H.W. (angry deperately lonely, tired and confused) -should he return to Little Boston Prison to visit his father (Daniel) one more time..... Danial is awaiting his sentence by hanging.

Scenario 2: Since the receiving the news of his Fathers arrest for the murder of his wife's brother H.W. has not spoken to either his wife or anyone. He is withdrawn and living at the Basecamp Rig drilling deeper into his anger,loneliness ....
Final scene:

[Continuation: H.W. has not spoken to Mary about Daniel and the imminent murder trial. Mary has on several occasion tried to broach the subject to travel to Little Boston to speak with his father(& her Father -in-law) only to have H.W. rush out of the home and stay away at the Basecamp Rig days on end.

******The fields approaching the Basecamp – Overcast day, dusty windy wet day

Mary running across the fields from home towards Basecamp, her long flowing skirt hitched up in her hand. She reaches the basecamp and walks into H.W.’s office.

MARY: I’ve just had word from Fletcher (Daniel’s ex- right hand man and their friend) –Father has been convicted of Ely’s murder and sentenced to death a sentence!

H.W: I will kill the old man myself! Let me have that pleasure………….. ( running/shouting into the oil field)

***FINAL SCENE: MARY finds H.W. packing a few things in a bag. She hands him a blade

Mary: I’m done! there’s to be no more blood! I will come with you on those grounds -you decide.

H.W. breaks down. There’s a similarity in the manner that Ely curl’s up when he was bashed to death by Daniels. Fans of “THERE WILL BE BLOOD” will recognise the similarity though different setting, different circumstances and the conflict is not ‘Greed’ as in his father’s case but ‘Anger’ for H.W.

Screen fades to black and sound of train and credits.

The audience is left to decide the outcome!!! Was H.W. on train alone to take revenge or Mary with him?

Mary is home alone doing various chores, the drilling rig beyond the house going full throttle. A messenger arrives at her door, he has a telegram. It reads: Telegram to Mrs. H.W. Plainview. opens it and as she begins to read it the voice of her father, Abel Sunday, is heard.

ABEL (V.O.)

My beloved Mary, You will have heard by now the dreadful news about your brother Eli. Your mother and I understand the anguish you must be feeling. How torn you must be feeling. Being married to the son of a murderous backslider. If you leave him and come home to us, there will always be a bed for you our beloved youngest daughter. May Christ be with you. Your father, Abel Sunday.

FLASHBACK

LITTLE BOSTON, 1908

This is flashback to the “spudding in” ceremony at Daniel Plainview’s Little Boston well some twelve years earlier. All the town have gathered. An 11year old H.W. walks proudly near his father. Mary stands beside them. Daniel steps up to make a speech.

H.W. Runs up the stairs to the platform and pulls a lever to churn the wheels for the “spudding in”. The well has begun.

This is later that night. A small celebration and dinner has happened. The work community,eating and drinking with various Little Boston residents. Little H.W. is running around with Mary. Daniel has had a little too much to drink.

Mary comes over and Daniel speaks to her, right in front of her father Abel.

DANIEL:I like your new dress Mary.

YOUNG MARY:Thank you.

DANIEL:You’re welcome. I knew you would like it. Are you happy that I came here?

YOUNG MARY:Yes.

DANIEL:Daddy doesn’t hit you anymore does he? Does he now? He better not, right? I’ll take care of you. [He leans in and holds her shoulder kindly.]No more hitting right? No more hitting. No go. Go play some more with H.W.

[She runs off. Daniel holds a look on Abel, who looks away. Daniel gets up, walks off....]

******H.W. AND MARY’S MEXICAN HOUSE LIVING/KITCHEN AREA - DAY

Return to the present day. Mary, still holding the telegram from her father, screws it up and throws it into the stove-top fire. She watches it burn.

*******MEXICAN WATERING HOLE - NIGHT TIME

H.W Is sprawled across the table top in a seedy-looking, smoky bar. The table is littered with empty bottles. Mary enters, sees him across the far side of the room. She walks past a loud, intoxicated group of men, they all become quiet and respectful. She gently wakes H.W. And slowly leads him out of the bar, home.

[Mary's feelings towards Daniel, her father- in- law is quite clear from the scene where she screws up the telegram from her father and throws it in the fire but H.W's towards his father?? He has been drowning his conflict and confusion with drink . But he will have to resolve his conflict sooner or later and for H.W. will it be with "More Blood? or "Blood, No More" ?- TO BE CONTINUED]

This is the first draft for my story so far. This is just my interim report because I had missed to report my formative progression of this assignment to lecturers within the deadline. But I intend to re-form this draft with more sharp expressions and correct grammar, and I assure that your comments can help me the progress of my work. Please leave your comments.


The story
In the middle of the battle of the final scene in ‘Planet of the Apes (2001 film)’, the ship of ‘Kink Kong’ party appeared instead of the pod piloted by Pericles (the chimpanzee trained for dangerous space mission in ‘Planet of the Apes). Because the crews of Oberon (the space station in ‘Planet of the Apes’) tried to escape their situation of tumbles through a vortex by warping. This caused to the distortion of time and space, and then, this distortion drew into the ‘King Kong’ party that was on the way to NY in the 2005 film.

When the ‘King Kong’ party landed, the apes interpreted King Kong’s landing as the arrival of their God Semos. They bowed, and hostilities between humans and apes immediately ceased at least the moment. However, General Thade (the leader of apes in ‘Planet of the Apes’) chased Leo (the main male human character of ‘Planet of the Apes’) into the holy temple of apes that was the former space station, and trapped in a portion of the ship as the original version.

Although Leo defeated General Thade, he had no way to leave Planet of the Apes. Then, he began lived with Daena (the female human accompanied Leo’s escape in ‘Planet of the Apes’). The ‘King Kong’ party began lived in the Oberon. ‘King Kong’ was attached to Ann (the actress in ‘King Kong’), so that they could live together peacefully. Additionally, there was a lot of tribute to ‘King Kong’ from apes, so that their lives were assured. Although Ann was satisfied the life because she did not need to work and was with Jack (the screenwriter in ‘King Kong), the other members were not.

Leo had been set up as the chairman of humans without his clear awareness, although he just wanted to find his space station and went back to. Now, he was wearying of his position and the life that was far from the civilization society in which he had lived. Then he often visited the ‘King Kong’ party who were at least more civilized than the humans of planet.

Carl (the filmmaker in ‘King Kong’) heard from Leo that the first version of ‘King Kong’ movie was made in 1933, there are a lot of versions, and they are still popular in Leo’s year 2029. Carl assured that they could go back to their world because the director of the first version must be he. However, Leo said that the directors of the movie are Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack, not Carl.
‘Merian and Ernest? It’s plagiarism from my idea!’ Carl shouted.
According to Carl’s explanation, he had had not only the map but also some information about the living creatures on Skull Island. He told it to his friends Merian and Ernest.
‘Because they are so-so famous filmmakers, so I thought if I can get their supports for my idea, it would helps me to get the sponsor of my movie. But they didn’t, even showed scornful attitudes. Then I had struggled alone,’ Carl said viciously.
‘If it was true, why they could know that ‘King Kong’ became attached to Ann,’ Leo asked.
‘Why do you ask the question for me? We are here! Who can imagine this fact? Such small strange coincidence could occur. They are filmmakers though not great, and may have a little imagination,’ Carl spat out.
After that, Carl was just grieving over if the ‘King Kong’ party could go back to NY, he would get the fame instead of Merian and Ernest. Jack also had a lingering attachment for his writing.

On the other hand, Attar (the former Thade’s right-hand-man in ‘Planet of the Apes’) became the leader of apes. Although apes acknowledged ‘King Kong’ as their God, human was still an inferior animal for them. Apes were complaint that the humans of ‘King Kong’ party were living in the holy temple of them. It was felt the blasphemy against the holy site. Although Attar had noticed this trend, he thought that it was inexpedient to battle with humans that are leaded by Leo. Attar realized Leo’s power in the previous battle, and did not know that Leo had already used up the energy of Oberon. Apes’ complain was getting intense day by day and the suspicion of Attar’s talent as their leader became rose.

When Ari (the female ape accompanied the escape of Leo and Daena in ‘Planet of the Apes’) visited the holy site, she met Leo who was calling in there. She found the courage to speak the current situation among apes and asks the ‘King Kong’ party to leave the site.
‘Why can you claim the right for station?’ Leo said in the heat of the motion.
‘This is my station, originally… If you force us to do it, I’ll crush you by a battle!’
‘You had already used up the energy of station. How do you intend to battle against apes?’ Jack asked calmly.
‘We have ‘King Kong’. He is attached to Ann. So, if we use Ann as a decoy, he will be our strongest weapon!’
‘ I think there is no solution... I mean… We have no way to go back to our world anymore. We have to realize… We have to live on this planet together with apes forever, ’ the voice of Jack sounded mournfully.

They had taken a vacant glance at Ann and ‘King Kong’ who relaxed at the outside of station. After a long silent, Jack looked back at Leo and Ari, and suggested if they encouraged to set up the ‘King Kong’ party to be apostles of God. Jack explained his idea enthusitastically. Leo would negotiate with Attar about their policies, Jack would make the scenario, Carl would direct Ann’s performance and Ann would perform as the translator of messages of ‘King Kong’ as God’s son. Jack would also write down the events as their bible. At first, Ari protected the plan because she thought that it would blaspheme against the Holy God Semos.
‘We also have our Holy God… But we are here. This is a fact. Don’t you think that this is also His intention? ‘ Jack convinced her.
‘You should consider it and convince Attar, because we can do it at least partly without your partnership, because we have ‘King Kong’, because he is only attached to Ann, not you, as you showed.’

After that, Ari hesitantly informed Attar about Jack’s suggestion. There was a long silent between them, but finally Attar said,
‘Fortunately, I had been taught by General Thade that God is one of means to govern the will of public... It may be the best solution that we can select. ’

During the repeated meeting with Attar, Leo becomes admired Attar’s profound thinking as the leader of apes, and felt that something like responsibility for his position as the leader of humans was springing up in his mind.

When Leo relaxed in his home with Daena, Pericles popped into his mind. Leo vaguely thought where and what period of this planet Pericles landed on. Leo looked up the sky and prayed his safely landing. Daena was looking at Leo, and asked
‘What do you think?’
Leo looked back at Daena and answered with satisfied smile
‘Nothing special.’

Lost update April 22

As for the viewers if you haven’t watched lost there are many characters but I’m only going to tell you some of them because in this series ‘I’m only going to use some of them.
Jack is a Doctor from America and a good leader.
Lee is a business man from Korea and provides food for the others-he’s a good fisherman
Charlie he’s a song writer and he always likes to tag along.
Hugo is a millionaire and is a caring character.
Kate had been involved in robbing a bank- she’s a good organizer.
John was working in a warehouse but had an accident- his father pushed him out a window and was crippled. Since being on the island he has been able to walk again.-He’s a good hunter.
James is a con artist and a loud mouth and doesn’t take shit from anyone.

All these people were on the same plane which crashed on the island. They are all now lost. Also on the island are the believers. These are the bad guys who control the island and everyone who’s stranded.

Jack, Hugo and Kate go looking for water.
“We’ve got to find some water soon if we want to survive. The jungle is so thick and it’s hard to see anything ahead.”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.” Hugo doesn’t see the booby trap. He falls down a black hole.
“Ill stay with Hugo” yells Kate, “you go get help.”

It is a long hour. Finally Jack arrives back with James and Charlie. With their help they manage to pull Hugo out.
“Should we keep going?” asked Kate.
“We’ve got no choice. I’m ok” answers Hugo
The five of them continue on to find water. Suddenly James hears a crowd of people coming. Jack screams “It’s the believers! Run!” They sprint towards the beach.
Hugo trips and falls.

Jack and the others don’t realize Hugo has tripped. They sprint back towards the beach.
“Don’t move. I have a gun pointed at your head. One move and it’s all over!” the believers bellow at Hugo who lies face down in the mud.

Jack and the team arrive back at the beach. They realize that Hugo isn’t with them. Lee in broken English stammers “Friend.. Hugo.. no here. We find. He need help.” These are the first words any of the survivors have heard Lee ever speak. They are amazed. Charlie opens his mouth and laughingly says “Wow Lee, you’re one of us now!” The others can’t help but laugh also.
“This is no laughing matter” yells John. “Hugo is not here, we have to go back.”
“It’s too risky. We have to go 2morrow when it’s light” replies Jack.
John doesn’t listen to Jack and decides to go back and look for Hugo.

After walking awhile John notices a metal door. He opens the door and sees that it’s a hatch. He is puzzled. “What the hell is this?” He dares himself to go down and have a look. Quietly he pulls back the hatch and climbs in. “Computers. What the hell?”

The next morning around 7am Jack wakes the others and notices that John is not in his hut.
“ I had a feeling we should have kept an eye on him. He’s trouble.”
“He’s just trying to help” Kate chips in.
“Nonsense! Now we have to look out for both of them” Jack grumbles. “Let’s split up. Me, Lee and Kate will go this way. James and Charlie, you guys go that way. We will meet back at the beach in 5 hours.”

5 hours sweep by fast. They all manage to get back to the beach in one piece. But there is still no sign of John and Hugo.
Everyone is nervous.

“I will make tracks again in 2 hours. Everyone get some rest” says Jack.

2 hours pass. They pack their bags gathering the last of the water and food.
VVVVVVVVVrmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. A car speeds from out of nowhere and screams to a hault beside Lee.
“Awhhhhhhhhhhhhha qi gim friend ……….. Hugo.”

Hugo jumps out of the car. “I escaped from the believers. I noticed this car. I roll-started it and drove away. Can you believe a car in the middle of the jungle? As I escaped I noticed the believers had caught someone else. There was a bag over his head, but by the clothes he was wearing I’m sure it was John.”

“Was he ok?” Kate says worriedly.
“I’m not sure but I know where they are keeping him.”
“Ok let’s go rescue him” says Charlie.
“Gather up all the guns you can find. In 20 minutes we will depart” shouts Jack.

Just as they are ready to leave the beach, out in the distance they see a boat. James and Charley swim out to it. “There’s no one on board.”
“This might be a trap.”
“No it’s not. Let’s use the boat. Come on Hugo, Jack, Lee, Kate…. come on, hurry up!” They all jump into the boat. For three hours they sail in silence. Finally they see the believer’s island. They decide to stay the night in the boat.

The next morning they quietly make their way to find John. It doesn’t take them long.
“Top of hill. John, tied, tree” yells Lee.
“Shut up! They might hear you. We have to check out the area before rescuing John. Jack, Kate and James go up the hill. Lee and Charlie stay behind guarding the position.”

The series is about a robotic cat named, who came from the 22nd century to aid a schoolboy Nobi. The height of doraemaon is 129.3kg and 129.3cm tall in the air and can run 129.3km per hour. He is afraid of mice and hate rats,his ears were eaten off by rats. He has a fourth-dimensional pocket on his abdomen from which he can take out many amazing magic tools. Doraemon was sent back to the 20th century because Nobita’s grandson can’t bear to see grandfather suffer. So he sent Doraemon to help out with Nobita’s troubles. So he sent Doraemon to help out with Nobita,s troubles. Nobita Nobi a boy he is a fouth grader, lazy and always getting into trouble. Sizuka Minamoto: She is a classmate of Nobita. She is a smart and kind girl who Nobi has a crush on. Takesi Gouda is a classmate of Nobita. His nickname is “Giant”. His character is (self-centered), but is faithful. Suneo Honekawa a classmate of is well Nobita. His character is a narcissist (he loves himself). His family is rich.

Suneo Honekawa: Look nobi! How cool this transformer model is?
My mum just bought for me from U.S yesterday. hahaha…….you jealous
Do you want to play this model?
Nobita Nobi: yes, can u lend to me. Transformer is my flavor toy!!!!!
Takeshi Gian: come on man, Suneo don’t lend to that guy…..He is going to dirt your model and break them…..
Nobita is crying and run away……

Nobita: let me try!!!!!!!!!! (When the advertisement of transformer model is coming out from the t.v) I got man. How amazing it is…..it is really cool I better show Shizuka.
Nobita: Shizuka Look I got the same model as Suneo.
Shizuka Minamoto: It must be expensive, right!!!!!!!!!!
Nobita Nobi: No. this is the free one I got from Doraeman. Do you want any thing I can get for you?
Shizuka Minamoto: yap…..How? I want he signature from Angelina…..
Nobita Nobi: No problem come with me I get for you…..
(Nobita and Shizuka are watching the TV and see Angelina is appear from the TV show)
Nobita: Minamoto: just like this use the stick then attach on the TV screen then Angelina will grab by you coming out from the TV and sign for you.
Shizuka Minamoto: let me try …. (Angelina is coming out from TV screen Shizuka is asking Angelina to sign for he) thank you Angelina as Shizuka said……
Them she run away to show Takeshi and Suneo of the signature from Angelina.

Shizuka Minamoto: haha….that is the signature from Angelina…
Suneo Honekawa& Takeshi Gian: How do you get this?
Shizuka Minamoto: That is the” WILLFUL STICK” Nobita got from doraemon. It sick can get whatever you like from t.v.
Suneo Honekawa: that goes to ask Nobita to borrow the willful stick man…..
Takeshi Gian:why not ?
Takeshi Gian: I heard from Shizuka about the stick lend to me……
Nobita: no….because you didn’t lend the model to me so I am no going to lend to you …..
Suneo Honekawa& Takeshi Gian: just bit Nobita then glom it
Suneo Honekawa& Takeshi Gian don’t know the willful sick only have the limit for 3 days to use. So the end of story Suneo and Takeshi doesn’t get thing .

The Terminal (continue)

Viktor finds nice place for sleeping.
Next morning he is woken up by yelling. Not only one person's yell, but a group of people are yelling. It sounds like a song, but nobody sings it pleasantly. Viktor gets up and starts walking towards the yell, holding his red tooth brush in his right hand.

The yell is Haka of All Blacks. They are dancing Haka due to Air New Zealand's campaign. There are many people around them, and some people take their pictures by mobiles or cameras during the Haka dance.
Viktor freezes when he sees Haka. He is scared of All Blacks because they seem like eating people after dancing. However, Viktor feels that he has seen and listened Haka in somewhere before. He starts brushing his teeth and keeps watching their Haka.

Viktor does not move there even though Haka is finished and All Blacks are gone. He sits down there and tries to recall his memory of Haka; but he cannot recall anything about it. Viktor stands up and goes to the toilet to finish brushing his teeth.

When Viktor is loitering in the terminal, a girl who is giving samples of beverage to people is approaching him.
Girl: "Hi, would you like some our new flat white?"
Viktor: "Flat white?? No, my flat is blue."
Girl: "No, not white flat. Flat white. It's a kind of coffee."
The girl gives one of the cups to Viktor.
Viktor: "Cheers, mate!"
Viktor takes a sip of the flat white. Suddenly, he recalls some of his memory of Haka. He has drunk flat white before in his country, and he also has danced Haka in his country. However, he does not remember why he has experienced New Zealander culture. Viktor thinks that he may recall his memory of his childhood if he dances Haka again.

Viktor starts looking for All Blacks because he wants to dance with them, but the terminal is crowded.
Viktor: "Please..., please..."
He squeezes his way through the crowd. He runs around the terminal, and he hears Haka from a great distance. Fortunately All Blacks are still in the terminal and they have just started Haka in a different place when Viktor arrives there.
Viktor mimics All Blacks and begins to dance.
Viktor: "Ka mate, Ka mate...."
Viktor beats his laps by his hands and puts out his tongue.
He gasps suddenly. He recalls his memory of Haka completely!

Scene 2: Jack and the others don’t realize that Hugo tripped over a log so before Hugo could call out the believers had him at gun point. You make a noise Ill shoot. Jake and the team arrive back to the beach discovering that Hugo some how didn’t make it back. Then Lee speaks in English saying something about Hugo. Amazement sweeps over everyone's face. Charlie opens his mouth and laughter flows out ha Lee spoke English. Everyone was amazed. John says this is not a laughing matter Hugo is not here we have to go back. Jack says it’s too risky we have to go 2morrow when it’s light.

After sailing for three hours they come to the believer’s island they decide to stay the night in the boat.

The next morning they start out to find John and on top of the hill there he is he is tied up to a tree. Lee says Lock, Charlie says shut up they might hear you, Jack says we have to check out the area before we go in to rescue John. Jack Kate and James go up the hill Lee and Charlie stay behind guarding their position.

The Terminal

Hello everyone,

I made a narrative which is based on the movie “The Terminal”. The story is what will happen if Viktor Navorski (Tom Hanks) comes to New Zealand. I hope all of you enjoy reading my narrative.

Viktor Navorski arrives at Auckland airport from Krakozhia, but he still does not know his tragedy in New Zealand.

There are so many people waiting for getting through customs. Viktor also joins the long queue with his small travelling bag and a peanut can. When he is waiting for his turn, he takes off his jacket and shirt, and he takes out a T-shirt from his bag and puts on it. He also changes from trousers to short pants and leather shoes to jandals.
Finally, his turn comes around.

Viktor: “Kia ora, bro!”
Officer: “(doesn’t smile)……..passport please.”
Officer: “What’s the main purpose of your visit?”
Viktor: “Yes, please.”
The officer repeats his words slowly and says
“What is the purpose of your visit?”
Viktor: “Er……(speaks Bulgarian)”
The officer sighs and he calls the director and the chief to take care of Viktor.

After a few minutes the director and the chief come up and take Viktor to an interview room.
Director: “Well, Mr. Navorski, why did you come here? Business or pleasure?”
Viktor: “M…..my pleasure.”
Director: “OK. And how long are you going to stay here?”
Viktor: “(thick Bulgarian accent)How long….? How long….er….I am not so tall.”
Director: “No, no no no, I’m not asking your height. OK, alright. Can I see your return ticket, please?”
Victor: “Return ticket……oh, yes, yes. (shows the ticket to the director)”
Director: “Right. So, you’re going to stay here three months. OK, do you have any food?”
Victor: “Food? Food……, no, thank you. I am full.”
Director: “No, no, Mr. Navorski. (speaks slowly) Do you have any food IN YOUR LUGGAGE?”
Viktor: “No. I know New Zealand, food no good. I no bring.”
Director: “OK, good…..”
The director is going to release Viktor, when a judge comes to whisper to the director.
Director: “Hmmmmmm…….., Mr. Navorski, unfortunately you can’t enter New Zealand. Currently the situation in Krakozhia is very bad, so your visa is no longer valid.”
Viktor: “Krakozhia, bad?”
Director: “Yes. And you can’t go back to Krakozhia right now. So, um, I guess you can stay at this airport.”
Viktor: “OK, thank you. I go to Sky Tower.”
Viktor stands up.
Director: “No, no Sky Tower. You can’t go out of the terminal, alright?”
The director and the chief grab Viktor’s arms and take him to the terminal.
Director: “Mr. Navorski, you can do shopping and you can eat something here, but don’t go through that door.”
The director points out the door between the terminal and the outside.
Director: “Enjoy Auckland.”
Chief: “See ya, mate.”
The chief taps Viktor’s shoulder and he is gone with the director.

Viktor is tired because of the long flight, so he starts looking for a place to sleep. He finds a decent place to sleep, but a man comes close to him and the man talks on the phone.
Man: “Yep….., right….., yep……, right…….”
Viktor ends up moving to another place. To be continued...

Sorry, I did not have a look at the handbook, so I did not know I should have written the draft by last week. However, I already created this story, so I decided to post it without the draft.

Blood, No More

I made several attempts to write on couple of my initial ideas but they didn't work. I had really very little idea before this 'iWrite' paper what fanfiction was about. I've discovered a whole new world with fanfic and that blogging stuff!.

Anyway I finally chose as 'My Fanfic' a sequel to 'There Will Be Blood'. I had recently seen this movie- a great movie and the best I've seen in a long time. It was fresh in my mind and I thought it could lend itself to a sequel from the point of view of the son, H.W (and his wife Mary). Daniel Day-Lewis(as Daniel Plainview) certainly deserved the Oscar for best actor!

Here's my attempt at writing a movie script for:

BLOOD, NO MORE (working title)

[Opening Scene] [Sound Tract Details to be determined]

MEXICAN DRILLING RIG and BASECAMP, 1926- DAWN

WORKING TITLE: BLOOD, NO MORE

Main Characters: H.W. Plainview ( Daniel's Son)

Mary Plainview (H.W.'s Wife)

Minor Characters: Daniel Plainview( H.W's Father)

*H.W. AND MARY’S MEXICAN HOUSE FRONT DOOR - DAWN

Near the Oil Rig basecamp are tents and a makeshift house. No one has yet woken. A horse arrives at the makeshift house.The rider of the horse gets off the horse and knocks on the door of the makeshift house. There is no answer so he slips the telegram under the door.

Inside H.W. is stirred by the knock at the door and he slowly awakens. Mary continues to sleep soundly beside him. He gets up and walks to the front door. He picks up the Telegram off the dusty floor. It reads: “Telegram: To H.W. And Mary Plainview”. As H.W. begins to read it the voice of his father’s right hand man, Fletcher Hamilton, is heard.

[Going to use ‘V.O’ (voice over)]

FLETCHER (V.O.)

H.W. Your father has been arrested and charged with the murder of your wife Mary’s brother Eli. I know you and Mary have only just arrived in Mexico, but please, your father needs you, return to Little Boston. Yours,Fletcher.

Mary appears at the curtained doorway. She doesn’t need to ask him, she knows something is wrong.

** ROAD LEADING TO MEXICAN DRILLING RIG - DUSK

H.W. is away walking from his house down the long dusty, narrowing road deep in thought. Mary is in the house, she opens the front door as if to follow her husband but then realises that he needs to be alone. In his mind H.W. runs through the last conversation he had with his father.

(N.B. . George is H.W.’s sign language translator and voice. The young man H.W. has been deaf since he was about 10 years old. )

[These dialogues are crucial to understanding of his inner conflicts and taken from Paul Anderson’s original script. Reference excepts pages 118 -121)

H.W./GEORGE (V.O.)

This is very hard for me to say, but I will tell you first that I love you very much. I have learnt to love what I do because of you. I am leaving here. I’m going to Mexico. I miss working outside. I miss the fields.

DANIEL (V.O.)

This makes you my competitor.

H.W./GEORGE (V.O.)

No, no it’s not like that.

DANIEL (V.O.)

It IS like that, boy.

DANIEL (V.O.)

You’re killing us with what you’re doing.

DANIEL (V.O.)

You’re not my son. It’s the truth - you’ve never been. You’re an orphan... someone else’s... and I took you for no other reason than I needed a sweet face to buy land. You’re lower than a bastard.”

As Daniel’s voice reaches a crescendo H.W. suddenly curls over foetal on the ground. Mary runs out to him.

***H.W. AND MARY’S MEXICAN HOUSE FRONT DOOR - DAY

Mary is home alone doing various chores, the drilling rig beyond the house going full throttle. A messenger arrives at her door, he has a telegram. It reads: Telegram to Mrs. H.W. Plainview. opens it and as she begins to read it the voice of her father, Abel Sunday, is heard.

ABEL (V.O.)

My beloved Mary, You will have heard by now the dreadful news about your brother Eli. Your mother and I understand the anguish you must be feeling. How torn you must be feeling. Being married to the son of a murderous backslider. If you leave him and come home to us, there will always be a bed for you our beloved youngest daughter. May Christ be with you. Your father, Abel Sunday.

**** BY THE OIL RIG - LATE AFTERNOON

FLASHBACK

LITTLE BOSTON, 1908

This is flashback to the “spudding in” ceremony at Daniel Plainview’s Little Boston well some twelve years earlier. All the town have gathered. An 11year old H.W. walks proudly near his father. Mary stands beside them. Daniel steps up to make a speech.

DANIEL

It’s such a pleasurable evening to be here and begin this. One man doesn’t prospect from the ground - it takes a community of people. And this is the best way - we stay together, we pray together. Now before we spud in, “Mary’s Well Number One,” named for the lovely Ms. Mary Sunday who is with us today -

Mary smiles.

DANIEL

I’d like to say”

“God Bless Us All.”

Daniel looks to H.W.

DANIEL

Now go ahead son.

H.W. Runs up the stairs to the platform and pulls a lever to churn the wheels for the “spudding in”. The well has begun.

***** The Party “Spudding In” celebrations thrown by Daniel -

FLASHBACK CONTINUED.

This is later that night. A small celebration and dinner has happened. The work community,eating and drinking with various Little Boston residents. Little H.W. is running around with Mary. Daniel has had a little too much to drink.

Mary comes over and Daniel speaks to her, right in front of her father Abel.

DANIEL

I like your new dress Mary.

YOUNG MARY

Thank you.

DANIEL

You’re welcome. I knew you would like it. Are you happy that I came here?

YOUNG MARY

Yes.

DANIEL

Daddy doesn’t hit you anymore does he? Does he now? He better not, right? I’ll take care of you.

He leans in and holds her shoulder kindly.

DANIEL

No more hitting right? No more hitting. No go. Go play some more with H.W.

She runs off. Daniel holds a look on Abel, who looks away. Daniel gets up, walks off....

******H.W. AND MARY’S MEXICAN HOUSE LIVING/KITCHEN AREA - DAY

Return to the present day. Mary, still holding the telegram from her father, screws it up and throws it into the stove-top fire. She watches it burn.

*******MEXICAN WATERING HOLE - NIGHT TIME

H.W Is sprawled across the table top in a seedy-looking, smoky bar. The table is littered with empty bottles. Mary enters, sees him across the far side of the room. She walks past a loud, intoxicated group of men, they all become quiet and respectful. She gently wakes H.W. And slowly leads him out of the bar, home.

[Mary's feelings towards Daniel, her father- in- law is quite clear from the scene where she screws up the telegram from her father(Abel) and throws it in the fire but H.W's towards his father?? He has been drowning his conflict and confusion with drink . But he will have to resolve his conflict sooner or later. What will H.H. do?? will it be with "More Blood? or "Blood, No More" ?- TO BE CONTINUED]
